Luz Ortiz-Vioin

“Music is my passion and teaching my life experiences to students is now my new challenge and commitment as a teacher to see them enjoy and learn through it”.
~ Luz Ortiz-Violin

I began to study Violin at the age of 10 at the Conservatory of Cali, Colombia, through high school. Then, in Mexico, I obtained my Bachelor Degree in Violin Performance at the Royal School of Music of London and later in Florida I passed a String Teacher Course at the New World School of the Arts in Miami.

As a professional musician, I worked in various Symphony Orchestras until entering the National Symphony Orchestra of Mexico, where I retired after 30 years. I also worked as a teacher in different music academies in Mexico and Florida.

I am very happy to join Mindful Music Center as a teacher and share my musical experiences with my students.

I will wait for you, see you soon!!!
